Job Description

Porter - Automotive Join Our Team! We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Porter / Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create an exceptional dealership experience. In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our inventory presentation at its best and ensuring vehicles are ready for customers and deliveries. Your contributions directly support our sales team's success and overall customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Prepare demonstration vehicles for customer appointments. Retrieve vehicles from inventory as needed. Fuel vehicles for deliveries and demonstrations. Wash and detail vehicles when necessary. Transport sold vehicles to the make-ready or prep center. Ensure showroom and display vehicles remain clean and presentation-ready. Assist with maintaining accurate vehicle inventory. Transport vehicles to customers or off-site vendors for additional services. Support monthly physical inventory counts. Participate in weekly department meetings and team activities. Assist wherever needed to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys helping others, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering quality work. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous automotive or related experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
