Job Description
McLeod Auto Sales is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Parts Advisor who moves fast, takes ownership, and gets things done. This is not the right job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk, move slowly, or make excuses. We need someone who is direct, energetic, highly accountable, and thrives under pressure. Our operation is different than a traditional franchise store. We do not carry a large parts inventory. Success in this role is about sourcing the right part the first time, finding the best value, protecting gross profit, and supporting our advisors and technicians with extreme urgency. If you take pride in being the person who always finds a way, keeps things moving, and refuses to let the department slow down, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Source parts quickly and accurately Find the best value while maintaining department profit margins Support technicians and service advisors with urgency Ensure the correct part is ordered the first time Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Keep jobs moving and eliminate delays Identify better vendors, pricing, and sourcing opportunities Help create a high-accountability, high-performance culture What We're Looking For 3-4+ years of automotive parts experience preferred but not required Independent dealership or independent repair facility experience is strongly preferred Direct communicator who is not afraid to make decisions High-energy, fast-paced personality Strong sense of urgency Excellent follow-through and attention to detail Strong negotiation and sourcing skills Ability to thrive in a busy environment without losing accuracy High character, strong values, and team-first attitude
