We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, convenient detailing services directly to our customers' locations in Rockwall, Garland, Rowlett, and surrounding North Texas areas. Our mission is built on reliability, attention to detail, and integrity. Job Summary The Detailing Technician is responsible for performing comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and protection services while maintaining professional standards and operational workflows. This role requires a high level of physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate professional-grade equipment and chemicals to restore vehicles to a "like-new" condition. Key Responsibilities 1.
Detailing Operations Exterior Services:
Perform professional hand washes, foam baths, clay bar treatments, and paint decontamination. Apply wax, sealants, or ceramic coatings as specified.
Interior Services:
Conduct deep cleaning including vacuuming, air blowout of cracks and crevices, steam cleaning, and upholstery shampooing/extraction.
Specialized Care:
Perform engine bay detailing, headlight restorations, pet hair removal, and leather conditioning.
Wheel & Tire Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean wheels, tires, and fender wells, finishing with professional tire shine. 2.
Operational Workflow & Quality Control Pre-Service Inspection:
Conduct vehicle walkthroughs to note existing damage and capture "before" photos for documentation and social media.
System Usage:
Utilize the Jobber system for viewing assigned visits and checking off service completion.
Post-Service Satisfaction:
Complete a quality control checklist and invite the customer for a final walkthrough to confirm satisfaction.
Payment:
Process customer payments on-site with credit card system. 3.
Equipment & Inventory Management Mobile Unit Care:
Daily checks of fuel, water tank levels, and generator status for the mobile detailing unit.
Maintenance:
Inspect pressure washer hoses and nozzles weekly; launder and sort microfiber rags daily.
Chemical Management:
Follow color-coding and dilution standards for brands like.
Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills:
Proficiency with professional detailing tools including polishers, extractors, steamers, and pressure washers is preferred but can be taught.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Experience:
Prior experience in automotive detailing or a related service field is highly valued.
Soft Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills; must be reliable and self-motivated.
Licensing:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have the ability to commute to various service locations.
Early Mornings:
We Start our Days roughly around 7 am and leave close to that time so if your late you will left behind and miss out on a days work.
