Job Summary:

The Car Wash Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This position works closely with the lube center team to ensure vehicles are cleaned efficiently and returned to customers in excellent condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Wash, dry, and detail customer vehicles using approved cleaning products and equipment. Vacuum vehicle interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and remove debris. Apply tire shine, wax, protectants, and other detailing products as needed. Inspect vehicles before and after service to identify existing damage and ensure quality standards are met. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash and detailing areas. Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Assist customers with questions regarding car wash and detailing services. Follow company safety procedures and environmental guidelines. Work closely with lube technicians to coordinate vehicle flow and customer service. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous car wash, detailing, or automotive service experience preferred but not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use detailing products safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
