TX Grill Masters is looking for a dependable, hands-on Grill Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. No professional grill-cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training. The right candidate must be comfortable using drills and basic hand tools, working outdoors, and interacting professionally with customers. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas Deep-clean residential and outdoor grills Safely use drills, hand tools, and cleaning equipment Protect customers' property and leave each work area clean and organized Inspect grills and report damaged or worn parts Communicate respectfully with customers Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs carefully Follow all company safety and cleaning procedures Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Must have your own dependable vehicle to travel to customer locations Responsible, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills Comfortable using drills and basic hand tools Able to stand and work for 3-4 hours at a time Able to bend, kneel, reach, and work outdoors in Texas weather Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn grill cleaning and basic repair skills Previous cleaning, maintenance, construction, automotive, or handyman experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Paid hands-on training Opportunities to learn grill repair and advance within the company Supportive, professional work environment Consistent opportunities with a growing local business We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers respectfully, and can be trusted to represent TX Grill Masters professionally.
