Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Ensuring precision and quality. Conduct custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and vehicle. Utilize various cleaning tools and products effectively to achieve optimal results. Drive vehicles to different locations as required for detailing services. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Take before and after pictures of the vehicle Accept client credit card payments Qualifications Previous experience in car wash or detailing services is required. Familiarity with buffing and polishing techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment or materials as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle detailing.
