Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Auto Detail Specialist and kickstart your career in the automotive industry! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and polishing to achieve high-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing janitorial and custodial tasks regularly. Assist with basic car wash procedures using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services offered, and ensuring a positive experience. Drive company vehicles as needed for vehicle movement or customer pickups/drop-offs. Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently to ensure a safe working environment and top-notch results. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, janitorial work, custodial duties, or car wash/auto detailing is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle appearance. Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous. Basic understanding of automotive cleaning tools and products is a plus; familiarity with window tinting or buffing techniques is a bonus but not mandatory.
