Flexible / Jobs assigned based on availability We're looking for reliable, experienced mobile auto detailers in the Richmond, Virginia area to join our growing detailing operation. This is a great opportunity for a detailer who already has their own mobile setup and wants additional customers without having to spend their own time and money generating leads, handling marketing, or finding jobs. Compensation Detailers receive 60% of the revenue from each completed job , with the company retaining 40%.

For example:

$200 job = $120 to detailer $300 job = $180 to detailer $400 job = $240 to detailer There may be room for negotiation based on experience, equipment, availability, and work quality. There is no fixed hourly rate. Earnings depend on the number and value of jobs completed.

What We Provide We handle:

Customer acquisition and marketing Booking customers Customer communication prior to the appointment Pricing and service packages Sending you scheduled detailing jobs Your main responsibility is to show up and complete the detail professionally.

Requirements Applicants should have:

Their own van or suitable mobile detailing vehicle Their own detailing equipment, tools, and supplies Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Previous auto detailing experience Ability to travel throughout Richmond and surrounding areas Reliable phone and communication Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Ability to arrive on time and communicate if there are any delays You should be comfortable performing services such as: Interior detailing Deep interior cleaning Exterior detailing Full interior/exterior details Shampooing and extraction Stain removal Pet hair removal Odor treatment Basic paint enhancement / polishing Experience with difficult interior jobs, excessive pet hair, stains, bodily fluids, mold, or other specialty cleaning is a plus. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is already capable of completing mobile detailing jobs independently. This is especially suited for someone who: Already runs their own detailing business or details on the side Has a mobile detailing van/setup Wants more consistent jobs Doesn't want to spend as much time finding customers Takes pride in their work Is responsive and dependable You will be representing our company while completing jobs, so reliability, professionalism, and quality are extremely important.
