Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicles to a pristine condition, ensuring every car meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise will help enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence. Must have a valid driver's license. Duties Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and automated car wash procedures, to ensure a spotless finish. Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers to remove scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections. Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and other surfaces to achieve a fresh, like-new appearance. Apply safe work practices during all detailing activities to ensure personal safety and vehicle integrity. Use specialized cleaning equipment and products effectively to maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards. Assist with window tinting services as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving or positioning vehicles or equipment within the auto detailing facility. Experience Prior experience in auto detailing or a related janitorial/custodial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, including manual transmission vehicles. Knowledge of automotive buffing, vehicle paint correction, and exterior washing techniques. Experience with auto detailing facility operations or car wash environments is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks. Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle's care needs. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
