What We Offer Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday schedule Hourly pay-plan Medical insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) Paid time off A positive, team-oriented work environment Long-term stability with a company where employees tend to stay for years Responsibilities Clean and detail vehicles to a high standard (interior, exterior, engine compartment, and undercarriage) Working safely to avoid injury to oneself, teammates or damaging vehicles and/or the facility Operate buffing and polishing equipment on painted surfaces Remove vinyl decals, adhesive residue, and surface contaminants Maintain detailing tools and equipment (pressure washers, extractors, polishers, vacuums, etc.) Keep the detail area clean and organized Safely transport vehicles to and from the dealership Ensure vehicles are front-line ready and meet Archibald's quality standards Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience required Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and processes Ability to operate buffing and polishing equipment effectively Strong attention to detail and consistent work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Reliable and punctual Willingness to receive feedback and make needed adjustments Archibald's is an equal opportunity employer.
