This is a hands-on position that combines shop and equipment maintenance with commercial exterior cleaning in the field. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes care of equipment, isn't afraid to get dirty, and takes pride in doing a job the right way. What You'll Do….. Shop & Equipment Maintenance Perform hose maintenance and minor hose repairs Complete routine small-engine oil changes Assist with pressure washing rig maintenance Perform basic equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance Inspect equipment and identify items needing repair Keep tools, equipment, and the shop organized Help ensure rigs and equipment are ready for upcoming jobs Outdoor Wash Technician Exterior cleaning of semi-trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles Occasional interior cleaning of semi-trucks Commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning Cleaning equipment, concrete, buildings, and other commercial surfaces Set up and break down hoses, pressure washing equipment, and job sites Properly care for company equipment and vehicles Follow company safety and quality standards Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Who We're Looking For You don't need to be an experienced mechanic, but you should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
