ABOUT MERCEDES-BENZ VAN CENTER OF VANCOUVER
The Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver is a brand-new, dedicated Sprinter Van Center opening in August 2026 in the heart of the Vancouver/Portland metro area. We are not just another dealership — we are a purpose-built facility focused exclusively on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, serving businesses, commercial fleets, adventure enthusiasts, and hospitality partners across the Pacific Northwest. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity. You won't be inheriting someone else's culture or fitting into an existing mold — you'll be helping to build it. We believe that exceptional hospitality isn't just for guests; it starts with how we treat each other and every person who walks through our doors. At our Van Center, hospitality is a core value — not a department. Every team member plays a role in delivering an experience that is warm, professional, and genuinely different from anything in our market.
ROLES WE'RE FILLING
Service Porter — Vehicle movement throughout the service drive, lot, and wash area; shuttling clients as needed; keeping the service area organized and efficient Hourly Detailer — Interior and exterior vehicle detailing to Mercedes-Benz quality standards, including wash, vacuum, wipe-down, and delivery prep detailing
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Move and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and detailing area quickly and safely Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing to a premium standard Prepare vehicles for client delivery — ensuring every van is spotless and impressive at pickup Assist the service team with keeping the shop, drive lanes, and lot organized and hazard-free Provide client shuttle transportation as needed with a friendly, professional demeanor Monitor vehicle keys and ensure proper tracking of vehicles in your care Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics so they can stay focused on their work Uphold the cleanliness and presentation standards of the facility at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active and engaged throughout the shift Attention to detail — especially for detailing roles where quality is visible in the final product Friendly, professional attitude; you're interacting with clients and teammates all day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for both roles) Prior experience in automotive service, detailing, or car wash environments is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Punctual, dependable, and takes personal pride in their work
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
Competitive hourly wages commensurate with role and experience Full-time and part-time positions available A great entry point into the automotive industry with room to grow
WHY JOIN OUR FOUNDING TEAM?
