Job Description:
We are looking for a Powersports & Boat Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing ATV's, UTV's, boats, and other vehicles to a high standard. This includes washing and detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, and a passion for powersports. They must also be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Clean and detail vehicles according to dealer specifications. Work with General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager. Condition new units for customer delivery. Recondition used units for resale. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Apply protective treatments to the interior and exterior of vehicles. Inspect vehicles for damage or defects. Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Driven, self-starter. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interaction with managers and customers. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to assess problems and provide solutions in a timely fashion. Strong organizational skills with efficient use of time. Ability to frequently bend, squat, twist, and reach to thoroughly detail units. Ability to frequently move and position containers and boxes weighing up to 50-70 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required. DESIRED Knowledge of the powersports industry and ability to detail various powersports vehicles is highly preferred but not required.
SCHEDULE
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week. Must be able to work Saturdays. Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm.
