Job Summary Mr. Appliance of River Oaks is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher Crew Member to support daily kitchen operations through dishwashing, sanitation, organization, and general kitchen assistance. The ideal candidate will maintain clean and sanitary work areas while supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Operate dishwashing equipment safely and according to established procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing and kitchen areas. Inspect cleaned items to ensure they meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. Remove food waste and follow proper disposal procedures. Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen service items as needed. Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation and cleanup tasks. Keep sinks, counters, floors, and surrounding work areas clean. Assist with opening, closing, and routine kitchen cleaning duties. Report equipment problems, supply shortages, or sanitation concerns to management. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Previous dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
