Duties Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep service flowing smoothly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for incoming guests. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, bar, and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to uphold high sanitation standards. Help with catering setups and banquet events by transporting supplies and ensuring event spaces are tidy. Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure all items are stored and served hygienically. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver seamless guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering is a plus—especially if you have banquet or hotel experience. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety in a fast-paced setting.
