About Us Section Street Pizza is an established wood-fired pizzeria located in Fairhope, Alabama. Position Summary The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while helping maintain a clean and organized work environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires urgency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Dishwashing & Sanitation Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Inspect dishes for cleanliness before returning them to service Keep clean and dirty dishes organized and separated Change dish water throughout the shift as needed Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures Organization Keep the dish area clean and organized Return clean dishes to their designated locations Maintain organized storage areas Assist with trash and recycling Kitchen Support Assist kitchen team members as needed Support opening and closing cleaning duties Sweep and mop designated areas Help maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications No experience required (training provided) Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Are Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Reliable Hardworking Organized Coachable Team-oriented Able to work with urgency Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
