Responsibilities:

Set up and operate dishwashing equipment. Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Follow safety and sanitation standards. Attend training and education sessions as required.

Requirements:

Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Excellent attendance record. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk for 100% of the workday. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently. Push and pull bus and tray carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently. Perform sweeping/mopping functions with ease. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, industrial cleaning chemicals, and hot water.
