Based on experience About Us Ozu is gearing up to open a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant featuring refined culinary techniques and vibrant flavors. We believe a clean, organized kitchen is the backbone of great food, and our dish team is key to keeping the engine running smoothly. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, energetic Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running seamlessly. Previous restaurant background—especially in fine dining or fast-paced kitchens—is great, but no experience is necessary if you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities- Operate, clean, and maintain the dishwashing machine and dish station.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store plates, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Keep the kitchen floor clean, dry, and free of hazards; clear trash and recycling as needed.
- Assist cooks with light prep or organization duties during slow periods.
