Dishwasher, Food Prep Position Overview:

The Hardscrabble Country Club is seeking a dependable candidate for a Dishwasher, Food Prep position. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards, and work well with others to help create exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes and maintain a clean dish area. Prep food items as directed according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. work as part of the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Qualifications:

1 year of kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
