About UHP UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. Dishwasher The Opportunity UHP is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all service dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role supports the kitchen and dining staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean items and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Key duties include operating the dish machine, washing pots and pans, performing general cleaning tasks, and assisting with food preparation as needed. This position is vital to the safe and efficient operation of the food service for our guests. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans quickly and thoroughly Keep the kitchen functioning with organized and stocked clean dishes, flatware, and other kitchen items in the appropriate storage areas Support the kitchen team by maintaining clean workspaces Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, flatware, and kitchenware Support culinary staff with additional prep work during busy periods Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Removing trash as needed Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Team focused, reliable, and hard working Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays Reliable transportation Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices is advantageous Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling standards is beneficial Military experience or a direct connection to the veteran community. Familiarity with UHP's mission, the Blueprint educational model, and immersive campus structure.
