Your responsibilities will include:
Removing food waste from dirty plates into the garbage before washing. Cleaning and sanitizing all plates, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Operating industrial dish machines and handwashing delicate tools. Drying, sorting, and returning clean items to their correct spots for cooks and servers. Assisting staff by helping with basic food prep or restocking supplies during busy times. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers!
