How You'll Make An Impact You'll be an essential part of the kitchen team, ensuring the tools, spaces, and equipment our culinary professionals rely on are spotless, stocked, and ready for service. Wash dishes, plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and small wares according to Health Department standards. Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, and dishwashing stations. Stock, organize, and properly store plateware, small wares, and kitchen supplies. Maintain staff restrooms according to the scheduled cleaning routine. Assist chefs and the kitchen team with supportive projects and culinary needs as assigned. Help create a clean, safe, efficient environment where exceptional hospitality can happen. What You'll Bring A dependable, hands-on approach and the ability to work with urgency and care. Basic sanitation knowledge and an understanding of dishwashing procedures and Health Department standards. A Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification. Food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma is preferred. Strong integrity, honesty, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support. Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English; bilingual abilities are welcome. A professional appearance appropriate for a four-diamond resort environment.
