Responsibilities Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to sanitation Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient service during busy periods Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by performing cleaning duties beyond dishwashing as directed Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes during service hours Experience Previous experience in food service environments such as restaurants or hotels is preferred Familiarity with general kitchen operations is advantageous Experience with food handling and sanitation standards in a hospitality setting is highly desirable Prior work involving culinary tasks or kitchen experience will be considered a strong asset Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in maintaining cleanliness standards within fast-paced environments Please submit a resume for consideration and to set up an interview.
