Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the dining area inviting and ready for new guests Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans efficiently using proper food handling techniques Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting culinary staff in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Support catering and banquet events by bussing tables, setting up service stations, and ensuring smooth flow during events Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Handle food items safely by following proper hygiene protocols in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and uphold a positive hospitality environment Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
