Our restaurant is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience washing dishes and will be a reliable team player who works well in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in difficult and stressful situations. We are seeking energetic candidates who are capable of multi-tasking effectively and working well under pressure. Previous experience dish washing preferred, but not required.

SCHEDULE IS WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY EVENINGS

Responsibilities:

Follow sanitation procedures to minimize the risk of food contamination. Wash dishes using dish machine or three compartment sink. Follow restaurant procedure for cleaning, drying and storing dishes. Safely operate a dish machine and other kitchen equipment. Use proper body mechanics when lifting and moving large, bulky items. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minor vegetable and protein prep as needed. Effectively communicate and work with staff to achieve restaurant goals. Cleaning at kitchen close, including kitchen area, dish area and bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and throwing away trash.
