"Carmen" will be a fast paced, high quality, tropical Mexican bar featuring Asian-fusion tacos, ceviche and other light bites such as Steak Pastor. We're looking for someone capable of producing high quality food in a fast-paced environment. We are ready to hire the right fit asap but the opening date is sometime in October of this year.
