The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Pay $19 + tips Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing away dirty dishes to ensure a smooth workflow in the dining area.
• Support food preparation by cleaning vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required by the kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
• Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and utensils for easy access during service.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient kitchen operation during peak hours. Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet services can be beneficial.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks including food preparation and cooking duties when needed.
