Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are spotless, sanitized, and ready for service. Your energetic approach will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment that supports our culinary team's success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in food service, hospitality, and kitchen operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and clearing plates to support smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service operations. Follow food handling protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating hospitality-focused behavior and supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization. Experience in catering, banquet events, or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to supporting restaurant operations. Prior exposure to culinary or kitchen experience will be advantageous for understanding food safety practices.
