Job Description
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. Duties include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner, as well as mopping floors and cleaning kitchen and dining areas during morning shifts. Ensures all work areas are organized, hygienic, and ready for daily operations. Supports kitchen staff as needed. Friday- Tuesday 7am-3:30pm Wed-thurs Day off
