Join Our Kitchen Team VOX Kitchen Aliso Viejo is now open , and we are looking for dependable PM Line Cooks and Dishwashers to join our Back-of-House team. VOX Kitchen is part of Kei Concepts, a growing Southern California restaurant group known for bold flavors, creative concepts, and hospitality-driven experiences. Our menu features modern Chifa-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. PM Line Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and maintain your assigned station Keep up with service in a fast-paced kitchen environment Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Communicate and work closely with the kitchen team during service Assist with preparation, restocking, and closing responsibilities Follow food safety and company procedures Dishwasher Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation as needed Remove trash and maintain clean work areas Help support the Back-of-House team during service Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assist with additional kitchen support duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required for Dishwasher Previous line cook or related food-service experience preferred for Line Cook Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn PM/evening availability Weekend and holiday availability may be required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties Food Handler Card required.
