Responsibilities:

Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchenware meets sanitation and quality standards before use. Handle and store all dishes and utensils properly, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines. Assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dishwashing area and surrounding areas. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy kitchen environment.
