Responsibilities:

As a Steward (Dishwasher), you are responsible for the overall cleanliness of resort restaurant kitchen areas and Guest areas. You may work indoors or outdoors, cleaning kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies as well as dishes, glasses, and equipment required to serve our Guests. Stewards work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with other kitchen team members and inside Guest dining areas.

Basic Qualifications:

You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment Previous experience dish washing and cleaning restaurant kitchens Experience working independently with little direction or supervision Must be fully available Sunday through Saturday year-round, willing to work holidays, weekends, and special events (may need to be available to work an overnight shift)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in table service restaurants or hotel restaurants
