Prep Cook Pay:

$17/hour base + tips Typical total compensation: Approximately $20/hour with tips We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is primarily focused on dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen, while also assisting with basic food preparation as needed. Responsibilities Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and running efficiently Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including floors, walls, equipment, shelving, and work areas Perform regular deep-cleaning tasks as assigned Empty trash and maintain clean trash and recycling areas Assist cooks with basic food preparation and prep projects Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures Help keep the walk-in, dry storage, and kitchen organized Restock and support the kitchen team during service when needed Complete opening and closing cleaning duties Work as part of the kitchen team and help wherever needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Willing to perform both dishwashing and food-prep duties Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and cleaning Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Compensation:

$17/hour base pay plus tips, typically bringing total hourly compensation to approximately $20/hour .
