We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Full-Time Dishwasher to join our team at Monserate Winery. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Be 18 years of age Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills and etiquette Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable Must be able to communicate effectively with team members Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team work environment

All duties are to be performed in compliance with Monserate Winery policies and procedures. Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sorting and storing clean dishes properly. Must possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable Must be able to communicate effectively with team members Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team work environment Keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and practices. Assist other kitchen staff with tasks as necessary.
