Grand Tradition is currently looking for 2 dishwasher/bussers. Hiring immediately. Part time and full time positions available. Pay rate is between $15 and $17 per hour. Flexible working hours and fun safe environment.

Dishwasher/Busser Responsibilities:

Dishwasher/Busser is responsible for collecting and washing all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, etc. for Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens. Dishwasher/Busser

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

I. Wash all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, etc. ensuring all and cleaned properly and thoroughly; wash items by hand and also by various dishwashing machinery. Ensure items are dry, glasses and spotless, and all items are returned to their proper locations when clean.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

I. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. II. Ability be able to run dishwashing equipment and to work quickly, efficiently, and under deadlines. III. Must be able to work well with all levels of employees.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS

I. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, crouch, and climb stairs. II. Must be able to talk clearly and hear responses. III. Must have the ability to receive detailed information through hearing and to make discriminations in sound. IV. Must be able to reach, grasp and finger objects and operate dishwashing equipment. V. Manual dexterity required for repetitive motions. VI. Minimum visual acuity requirements include seeing to ensure cleanliness and reading printed instructions. VII. Must be able to exert weights of up to thirty (30) pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. X. Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
