Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Assist with food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring proper food rotation. Support meal assembly during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality. Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Contribute positively to team efforts by communicating effectively with cooks, servers, and management. Qualifications Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic culinary techniques is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and experience with food preparation or cooking are a plus. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to menu planning, catering, or fine dining service. Good physical stamina for standing long hours and performing manual tasks like dishwashing or food prep. A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and a positive approach.
