Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed. Support kitchen staff by ensuring that all necessary cooking tools are clean and readily available for use. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Help with banquet setups and breakdowns as needed for special events or catering services. Skills Experience in culinary settings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
