As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for operating a professional restaurant dishwashing station in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Advancement opportunities Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist in food preparation and ensure cleanliness of work areas. Dispose of waste properly to support a clean dining environment. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate tasks. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing duties in a fast-paced environment.
