The ideal candidate will be familiar with the restaurant industry, have a knack for keeping busy service staff on track and will be able to perform all required duties without supervision. Responsibilities:

Be able to learn and memorize all the tables in a restaurant. Be able to remember orders and preferences of customers that frequent a restaurant so that the food is ready immediately after customers arrive at the table. Be able to develop good rapport with the customers at a restaurant. Wash dishes using a variety of manual dishwashing equipment. Load and unload dishwashing equipment. Inspect dishes for cleanliness. Check the quality of dishes before loading them into the dishwashing machine to ensure the quality of the final product is up to company standards.
