Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure they are ready for service Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling and setup under supervision Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude Experience with bussing tables or supporting food preparation is a plus Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary processes is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and hygienically!
