Nobu, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant, is hiring dedicated and hardworking Dishwashers and Porters for its Newport Beach location. Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Ensure all kitchen areas, including sinks and dish stations, remain clean and organized. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, maintaining proper inventory organization. Handle trash removal, recycling, and overall maintenance of cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas. Support the culinary team by keeping workspaces stocked and clean. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in floor cleaning, deep cleaning tasks, and general maintenance duties. Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours). Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to push, pull, bend, squat, and reach as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a high-volume restaurant is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and ability to collaborate with the team.
