These roles keep the floor moving and the place looking right — and they're a great way to get into the industry or grow with a team that takes hospitality seriously. BARBACK — $18-$20/hr + tips | Part-time, evenings & weekends Stock and restock the bar throughout service Clear and return glassware from tables and the floor Keep ice, garnishes, and supplies ready Support bartenders so they stay focused on guests Help with opening and closing sidework

DISHWASHER & CLEANER

— $18-$20/hr | Part-time, evenings & weekends Wash and sanitize all glassware, dishes, and equipment Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and bar support areas End-of-night cleaning and breakdown Keep surfaces, floors, and restrooms clean during service Help the team close the space right
