The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist with bussing tables and collecting used dishes and wine glasses. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas. Support front-of-house cleaning and service needs as required. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist team members with various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Previous kitchen and serving experience is required . Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
