Ojai Mountain Farm is a bar, market, and deli rooted in our organic farm, where everything we serve is guided by seasonality, craftsmanship, and a true farm-to-table approach. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something special. Position Summary The Dishwasher plays an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces while supporting the back-of-house team. If you have prep or line cook experience—or would like to learn—we may be able to offer additional hours, cross-training, and a higher rate of pay based on your skills. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dish area, kitchen, and prep spaces clean and organized. Assist with trash, recycling, deliveries, and general kitchen support. Follow sanitation and food safety standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams. Expectations & Requirements Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
