We need a dishwasher 6 days a week 5PM to 9PM. Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, cookware, and utensils while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support kitchen staff with ingredient handling when needed Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing station Follow proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy pots, trays, and supplies safely Ensure compliance with all sanitation standards and health regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety Assist in maintaining overall kitchen organization and cleanliness to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation procedures is advantageous Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools safely Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely Familiarity with food handling protocols and kitchen health and safety standards Experience with banquet or catering settings is a plus but not mandatory Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a fast-paced culinary team that values cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
