We're a growing team passionate about great pastries, warm service, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. Position Overview The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. This position supports both the Front and Back of House by ensuring dishes, equipment, and work areas are spotless and ready for daily service. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools Maintain cleanliness of dish area, prep stations, and floors Empty trash, recycling, and compost as needed Assist with light prep work or kitchen tasks as directed by the Lead Baker or Kitchen Manager Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations during busy hours Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Punctual, reliable, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
