Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Support banquet services by ensuring that all necessary items are clean and ready for events. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a tidy dining area. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
