Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing :

Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Food Preparation :

Assist in basic kitchen prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and portioning.

Cleaning & Sanitizing :

Keep the kitchen and prep areas clean, ensuring surfaces and equipment meet health and safety standards.

Trash & Recycling :

Manage waste by taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining a clean environment.

Support Kitchen Staff :

Provide general support to chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Team player with a positive attitude. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
