Job duties:

Pre-clean/pre-wash dishes and utensils Operate, load and unload dishwasher Place cleaned dishes back into holding area Clean out trash Clean work area at end of shift Assist with other kitchen duties such as food preparation at times when no dishes are piling up Job requirements: Drug free. Highly motivated and dependable. Performs duties fast and efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to safely operate commercial dish-washing equipment. Ability to lift dishes. Preferably prior experience as a dishwasher.
