Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, ensuring it is organized and free of debris. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and preparing ingredients for the culinary team. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain food safety standards. Participate in regular cleaning schedules for the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
